I will use these anchors to strap 1x4 furring strip board to my basement walls before installing foam boards. These seems to be good quality and perfect size. for the quantity of 100 you can't beat the price.

The concrete anchors are well formed and appear strong. I will be using them to anchor sheetrock to concrete walls with 1" foam insulation in-between.
