3 Insert No. 6 tube into the glow plug hole, then insert a No.10 3.5 mm drill into No. 6 tube then drill a hole with air tool.

4 Separate the No. 9 device and only choose the cone center tool and install it into the glow plug hole. Choose suitable drill from No. 2 (7 x 5.5 or 9 x 5.5), inert the drill into No.8 drill installer. It is important to use No. 5 (3 mm alley key) to lock the screw on drill installer. Then install it into cone center tool and connect with air tool to drill and also remove the hex nut from glow plug.

5 Before working the next step, please use the air gun to clean all the metal scrap from drilling.

6 Choose the tab ¼”-28 UNF from No. 7, insert it into No. 1 T-handle. Install it into glow plug hole and turn the T-handle clockwise for drilling. After work, just adjust the key on T-handle and remove the t-handle anti-clockwise.

I’m a fairly good mechanic, can’t figure out how it works. NO INSTRUCTIONS. I was able to get my glow plugs out without having to use this tool.

Looks like a good kit, have not used it yet, but it looks as good as much more expensive kits.

Worked like a charm. Threaded head broke off this one and just had to tap the glow plug shaft for extractor press.

It's a good kit to drill and remove frozen flow plugs but to really use the tools properly, one must remove most of the engine components in and around the subject area. I still could not get to the last glow plug near the fire wall due to the lack of clearance. It's no fault of the kit as it does work. I'm a seasoned machinist and I still needed to pay attention to every detail to find success. This is a professional kit to be used by an experienced mechanic- do buy it for your best shop/ mechanic- don't buy it for an evening of repair with a few beers-

The tool did what was advertised!! It is super critical that you get the hole drilled strait, if you don't you will have to get a new head!the only way that I could get the last chunk of glow plug out was to fire up the engine and blow it out. DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF THE CAR WHEN DOING THIS YOU WILL BE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL !!!! PUT A BLANKET OVER THE ENGINE OR SOMETHING TO CATCH THE CHUNK!!! BE CAREFUL. I just wanted to give a disclaimer. It also cleans out the cylinder from debris. Your also probably going to need a 10mmx1.0 helicoil kit or what ever your threads are. good luck!
