The pillow inserts are flimsy and not very full. The corners are completely empty of filling...I tried to move the filling around and still can't get the corners filled. The pillows come packaged in a very small plastic wrap and I thought they would fluff up when removed, but they have not. The worst part of this is I can't return for a refund because I can't get them back into their original packaging. A true waste of money!

Inserts were too small for a 20 inch cover. They were nice, soft and comfortable, but they did not fit my 20 inch covers. There was space on all four sides and empty corners even after time to expand. Looked sloppy. I measured the inserts at 19 inches. Had to be returned.

This pack of two pillow inserts is a great value and useful for decorative pillows that aren't intended for long-term use. They are constructed well with good quality material. They are a bit too soft, not as firm as I generally like. Yet I'm using them as fall pillow inserts and they are fine.
