Ich habe den GreenTouch 21.5" Monitor für einen Abholautomaten gekauft, Das Gerät bietet ein scharfes Bild mit klaren Farben und einem guten Kontrast gegen LichteinfallDie Touchfunktion ist die präzise und reaktionsschnell. Jede Eingabe wird punktgenau und ohne Latzenz angenommen und umgesetzt.Die Verarbeitungsqualität des Monitors ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Metallgehäuse in Kombination mit der Glasfront machen eine sehr soliden und wertigen Eindruck. Es verwindet sich nichts und das Glas ist so dick, dass man nicht zu fest drücken kann.Ein weiterer Vorteil für mich ist die Open-Frame-Bauweise, die die Montage sehr erleichtert. In meinem Fall konnten die technischen Zeichnungen, die im Vorfeld zur Verfügung standen, perfekt genutzt werden, um die Halterung entsprechend vorzubereiten.Insgesamt ist es ein wirklicher sehr guter Touch Monitor. Von meiner Seite eine klare Kaufempfehlung!Wenn ich wieder einmal den Anwendungsfall für einen solchen Monitor habe weiß ich, wo ich ihn kaufen werde

Bought it while drunk and while I don't have much of a use for it, it does work wonderfully. There seems to be little to no lag past startup and the touch screen works consistently. So long as you cover the back, I bet it would be waterproof also, which is kind of cool. Guess I'll try and make a soundboard out of it or something.

This is a nice monitor, worked fine out of the box.... sort of.There are NO buttons on the front of the monitor, ALL the buttons (on/off, brightness, input select) are on the BACK of the monitor. It is of course intended to be built into an enclosure, so the buttons on the BACK of the monitor can't be reached. Once mounted you can't even turn it on or off.BUT the mfg. includes a very nice looking wired remote. A cable attaches the remote and the remote is supposed to have buttons to turn it on/off and control the features.The monitor I received came with the wired remote BUT the buttons don't work. Well the on/off works, but the actually important buttons "A" and "M" don't work at all. They do nothing at all. The same buttons "A" and "M" on the back of the monitor work just fine. But impossible to reach them.The wired remote was well packaged and so I can only assume it is either the wrong one to go with the monitor, or it was shipped broken and nobody tested it. In any event, I'm happy with the monitor itself, but the broken/not working wired remote means it will have to be returned.Tried to contact the seller but Amazon seems to make that impossible. What I would like is to have a replacement wired remote sent. I already tried a spare cable (it is just a normal RJ45 cable) but still no "A" and "M" buttons.I will update this to 5 stars if seller can resolve the issue. The monitor itself is exactly what we were looking for so it would be a waste to have to send it back just due to bad wired remote.UPDATE a few days later...The remote is just five cheap membrane buttons wired to 5 pins and one shared return pin on the 8 pin RJ45 connector. So was able to "fix" the problem by wiring up 5 push buttons to a RJ45 cord, this is 100% better than the super cheap and broken membrane switches provided with monitor. Seller really should ask mfg. to use better buttons...I'm really torn regarding stars.... the monitor itself is quite nice, works 100% on all inputs, can be easily adjusted (after making a remote) and is basically OK.So I'm changing to five stars BUT anyone buying one should verify that their remote works.

Updated december 6th 2023.We rececived the replacement unit today. We connected the display with HDMI and it works as expected. We will update in a few weeks after some more extensive testing. But so far, It runs as expected.GreenTouch customer service did an excellent job to replace the defective unit.Update 25 nov 23: After a few days of troubleshooting discussions and testing, Greentouch is shipping a replacement. So far, their customer service is quite responsive. We will update again when we receive a functionnal unit that we can evaluate properly.========At the moment, we give 1 stars , because delivery was fast, but the display we received is not working.The screen or backlighting does not seem to be connected internally. It is detected by the computers on all the video ports, and the touchscreen is working, but no image.We tested all video ports on two different computers with the same result.We hope Green Touch can fix the problem rapidly. The construction looks ok, but without an image, it is completely useless.We will update this review based on results of GreenTouch response.

I've been using these screens for my business for a while now and they stand the test of time and the beating we give them. They are high quality and hold their own with the top brands. Always arrive early/on time. Won't go wrong with this product.
