Goes inside the skylight and helps stabilize the temperature inside the RV. Fits snug and works great. Holds itself in. No glue, sticky tape or Velcro needed. (Though it does come with Velcro strips) easy to install and to remove.

Made a significate difference in the comfort of our trailer. It stays warmer in cold weather and cooler in hot.We did not have to use the velcro strips. They stay up without them.

These are great to fill the vents either when it's warm or cold.They have a soft side that you see when installed and a reflective side which will better insulate from temperature extremes.These will be perfect to replace my current ones as they've gotten a bit dirty over the years.When we opened these up we were happy to not have any new fabric smell which is really important for anyone sensitive to smells.

As advertised, but I needed to measure the inside and not the outside of the vent.This has a reflective side that is more effective against all kinds of elements. Then this has a fuzzy side on the rest of the sides that prevents air exchange a little bit more. Given that it's not a perfect fit, I can see a little daylight through the edges. But I could definitely tell a difference in the draft that we have from our single skylight in this rv.Overall, it is a good value for the money. It works well even if maybe about an inch and a half to 2 in off. As mine is undersized, I did not even need to actually install the velcro or any of the other parts to it. So installing this insulation is super easy.

I use an old 18' camper as my office here on our farm because of the built in furnace keeps the gear safe. The issue is I don't want to heat it anymore than I have to so I try to insulate it well for the winter. I've been using just a piece of that pink hard foam board cut to size and taped up for the winter but this is already superior.The insulators come vacuum packed so expect to give them at least a few hours to expand back out to their full size. Once they had thought they slid right up into each skylight. I will say that I think my skylights are slightly under 14" these are sized at but they work great despite it. They were able to press right in with a little bowing evident but they aren't going to come down until I take them down super easy to install. I expect if you've got a new camper sized at 14" these will fit just right.I monitor all our areas with smart home tracking and despite the weather being the same post install as the week leading up until their arrival I have tracked the time between my furnace out there kicking on has grown. They alone are providing a better heat retention than my foam boards ever were. Less furnace running means less propane used and that's money I'm saving.Because they have covers you can remove to clean that means they will be easy to take down in the spring, wash the covers, and put them away clean for next winter. Well worth it.

This set of two RV Vent insulator cushions is a perfect fit for my camper. The only issue I had was the area where the vent handle sits inside the vent frame. I pressed the cover into the vent area, then I cut a small area to allow the handle to slip inside the the insulator. I just have to be sure to keep the foam turned to the same orientation when it goes into the vent. The foam is the same thickness as my roof vents, below the screen, so it is a flush fit with the ceiling. In my case, the RV vent insulator fits tightly so I don't need anything other than the pressure-fit to hold it in place. I've had these before and they work well for both summer heat and keeping out the winter cold. Right now these are keeping out the low temperature that were seeping through the thin plastic skylights.
