When I ordered this, I expected it to be hard plastic, but I was impressed to find that the rubber is soft, it fits exactly into the small spaces of the console and slides in the rails perfectly. This works as if Tesla built it themselves. Very good quality, lots of dividers and cubbies for stuff. The drink holders eliminated the rattle that my glass bottles were making.
