I wasn't sure about this saw from the description , but for the price, I decided to try it. It came with far more than I anticipated with the saw, the extension pole, a battery charger, two battery packs, two cutting chains and a bag to organized it all in. Very well designed. I cut trees all the time for firewood with a large chainsaw and although this saw is not designed for heavy duty work, it is very well suited to trim branches and small limbs. I cut ten or fifteen branches in the first 5 minutes and had no issues at all. The chain tensioner is easy to use and designed better than many large chain saws. The largest branch I cut was about 3 1/2" in diameter. I would not use this saw for cuts much bigger than that but found it perfectly suited to anything smaller. I am looking forward to eliminating all those annoying branches that hit me in the face while mowing. I mow about ten acres of tree lined property so eliminating the need to climb a ladder to get to those branches may actually be a life saver. I have had multiple chainsaws over the years and was very impressed with the design and function of this compact saw and extension rod. Definitely worth the price. I will be looking at their other tool offerings in the future

I'm a fifty four year old lady who has never used a chain saw in my life. I have a holly tree that was out of control and needed trimmed. I was quoted three hundred dollars to trim it. I decided to buy this tool and do it myself. This worked amazingly well. It went through the branches like butter. I had zero trouble despite being inexperienced with a chain saw. It comes with two batteries but I didn't even go through one battery during the 1.5 hour trim job. The extension poll was plenty long to reach as far as I needed it to. I did have to buy some chainsaw oil per the instructions, but this cost $7. This tool comes with a very nice carrying case that has straps in it to hold things in place and little compartments to hold everything. The batteries charge quickly. I am astounded how great a tool this is. I've also had some neck surgery in the past and cannot lift heavy things....and this tool is extremely light. I cannot think of a bad thing to say about it. If you want a lightweight easy to use tool that gets the job done without any issues you have found it!!

I'm super impressed with this mini electric saw. I made sure I purchased 1 quart of bar oil the $10 from a local retailer. Be sure to use a funnel when adding it to the saw. Give the bulb a few pumps and it lubes the bar. Both batteries charged within an hour of me plugging them in. I worked 5 hours on my land and only needed one battery. I used about half the charge in that time. I was cutting intermittently. I wasn't using the saw for 5 straight hours. The extension pole has 2 sections that are spring loaded/under tension but nothing overwhelming that prevented me from getting it fully extended. The saw and battery attached to the extension pole without any issue. There is a small black lever that you need to flip up behind the saw one it is secured into position on the pole to ensure it stays in place should the locking mechanism securing the saw to the pole fails. This mini saw is a beast. I was cutting pieces of wood with a six inch diameter with limited issues. It works cut through the majority of tree limbs like butter. It is extremely simple to adjust the tension of the saw blade. There is a knob on the side of the saw with a small collar underneath the knob. All you do is loosen the knob and adjust the saw blade with the collar.I am really impressed with the design, functionality and price. I wish I would've porches this sooner.

I actually look forward to using this tool for my orchard and overgrown shrubs! It’s light, efficient, powerful, versatile and the battery (s) life is several hours. I bought a battery pole saw five or six years ago from a different manufacturer and it performed well with the exception of the single supplied battery. It was not possible to get another spare and the unit just quit recently. New batteries are greatly improved now and even charge much faster. This setup is wonderful with an extra battery, chain, bar, bar cover and even a carrying case. Even if I just get a few years use out of this saw it will be a great value for the $. Makes all the minor trimming I have to do annually quick and easy. Limits my time on a ladder. Very little leakage with the bar oil reservoir, my other was awful. My only criticism is the instructions. Although I think every effort was made by the supplier I think doing instructions to a different language would be a problem for me also. It appears the chain must be fed bar oil manually by pressing the push button on the top and it’s not automatic like all other chain saws I have or have used. Chain seems to run dry often but time will tell. They supply contact info that I seldom ever get around to however. Great buy regardless. Glad I found this battery tool to add to my collection of battery tools that are so easy to use.

Efficient and is working well cutting small to medium limbs. This is a handy small tool not a full size limb cutter but that said I’m not a professional arborist either. There is a learning curve as with most things but I have had no problems using it. Chain is easy to re tension and oil. Made my 2 1/2 acre property much more manageable for this 70yr woman.
