these sticks didn’t last 1 hour of gentle use, the small plastic ends fell off so the brushes fell right through the tube. Garbage

These are wonderful, however… They are too lightweight. They are balanced with the weight towards the back of the brush (handle.) Because they are so lightweight, they have no “bounce” to them, it makes playing an effort, as all strokes must come from the wrist.I had a nice pair of old brushes, I opened them up & put the “guts” inside the new handles. They’re markedly improved in their balance, but the handle is short

I use plastic ones on my instruments and metal in a metal serving tray. Both sound great!
