Your cart is empty.The pen is shipped with no ink in the tip to prevent leaking. It seems that the pen is "dried up" upon receiving it but IT IS NOT DRY:) You will need to the shake pen up and down vigorously for 30 seconds to mix up the ingredients. Then remove the cap, dab the pen tip a few times on a piece of paper and then depress/hold the tip to the paper until the ink begins flowing. While using the pen, you will need to stop periodically to shake the pen to keep the ink flowing.
