They are a decent value for your money but definitely not the best protection if your looking for comfortable and have braces. They got the job done when my 12 year old lost his good ones for wrestling and would keep them for back-ups but definitely got better ones again.

My son is doing his first year of football. His orthodontist recommended a VERY expensive brand of mouth guard that guards top and bottom teeth for braces. I thought there has to be one cheaper and just as good. This is a two pack, and each one has it's own case that comes with it. The quality of these are so good! They're very durable, they aren't too thick or bulky and they fit my 13 year old son's mouth pretty perfectly. He really liked the fact that they weren't really bulky.

I was expecting a mouthful, but not only was it big outside my teeth, but also inside my palette. I’ve tried trimming it, but I haven’t seen if that will be successful. Otherwise soft but not comfortable.

My daughter is a boxer and has braces, we have wasted so much money trying all types of guards and nothing work or was comfortable. FINALLY we came across these. At this point we were trying any type with no hope.This is the best guards for a braces or not, they don't hurt your gums they fit around the braces, no need to mold them. I can't believe how much money I wasted and found these and it didn't break the bank, we have another brand that was more expensive and they are EXACTLY the same as these.

I have such a small mouth for an adult is the size of a 12-13 year old pretty much.. so this one hurts the back of my mouth since it’s a bit too large for me but I’m sure it’s good for people with regular size mouths. It’s soft and I’m sure it’s comfortable for others just sadly didn’t work for me.
