I was excited to order this thigh master but disappointed once I assembled it and tried it out. There's nowhere near enough resistance, not even for my arms, much less my thighs, and I'm currently out of shape. It also doesn't open enough. At its widest point, it's only 8.5" apart. It's a completely useless contraption for my purposes. Perhaps it would help someone who's been bedridden and is extremely weak.A few nice things about it: it's made from a durable plastic and has silicone padding on the part your legs rest on, so I guess it's comfortable. There are three options for where you place the pads but I tried all three and it made very little difference. And you can also rotate the pads.But I don't like it and I would not order it again.
