I like that they came in a little snap closure case. Be aware that it's taped closed on each side, so get your box cutter out.I do a lot of sewing, and was concerned about the size of needle that would go through the little tunnel, so I tried a Between needle (hand quilters will know how small it is), and there was plenty of room for it to go through, which is what the one photo of the back of my hand is showing. A larger needle will work just fine.Truth be told, however, I'm going to use at least one set of these magnets for the closure of a handbag I'm making. Well, I might use two sets.I tested them through several layers of fabric and they snapped to each other no problem. I think they'll work great for any project requiring magnets.
