All hardware arrived quickly, nothing missing. Quality did not appear to be lacking. No issues with cross threading or snapping of bolts. Just be cautious not to overtighten.

Nice product, just wished I had read more into the description and knew that the kit did not include the plates as well. Also apparently not the kit for a 4 leafe spring setup. U-bolts are not long enough. Looks like I'm buying the larger ones and also sadly, I didn't get around to this project until after the return window had expired. $60 in hardware I'll probably never use now. :-/ ah well, my mistakes.Hardware seems to be of good quality, just do your homework before ordering.

I rebuilt two boat trailers with these u bolt. Comes with washer, lock washer and lock nut. Had no issues installing till I used an impact driver to screw the nuts on. Even with lube they will lock completely up and get stuck half way on. And when I say locked up, I mean locked. I had to remove it with a cut off wheel. I did see the other reviews where this was an issue. I got lucky and there was still enough threads to put a new nut on. All the rest used hand tools and no issues installing the rest.

Bad threading on one of the bolts froze the nut to the bolt halfway up. It's a common problem from the reviews and it left me unable to complete the task. Asked for a replacement, they made it clear they weren't going to humor that (said they "couldn't send me an individual bolt because they are all prepackeged!?" Making it clear they aren't the manufacturer, they're just a middle man buying them and offloading them on amazon). Eventually they offered me a refund but it came after dragging their feet and trying multiple times to convince me to take a partial refund instead. They also tried to act like allowing me to keep the defective product was somehow a gift and an add-on to the partial refund. They only caved after I told them a full refund or replacement was the only acceptable solution. Seems like dealing with customer service is just meant to frustrate you till you go away and they get to keep your money without delivering you the advertised product. These aren't cheap bolts by cost, but it certainly seems the product itself is cheaply made. No real excuse for this. Seems like an opportunistic seller looking to offload cheap product at market value and then hassle you when they fail to meet their end of the exchange.
