If you are unsure as which thread size you have. Please reference this chart that shows you the thread size crossed over the your linear measurement.
With your tape measure, measure the outside diameter of the threads, then compare it to the pipe size on this chart.
This will ensure you are ordering the exact size your application requires.

2 of the 4 plugs has corrosion on the inside, but the other two were mostly okay. Slight corrosion on the threads, but nothing I'm concerned about. They came with sealing washers installed, which was a nice touch.

works great, but as opposed to some other compression fittings, I definitely needed to use plumbers tape with these to prevent leaking.

The product arrived nicely packaged into a small transparent plastic flip-top case. These 1/8” NPT brass caps look well made and finished. The threads are clean and bright and screw smoothly onto other male 1/8” NPT fittings I have. Although not mentioned in the Amazon description, these caps are supplied with 6 silicone plugs that are presumably used to seal the end of the male fitting against the back of the cap. I found these to be a bit fiddly to use – the male fitting had to be tightened hard for this seal to work but this may vary between different fittings. I will probably still use plumbers’ tape on the threads to get a robust seal. The description doesn’t mention whether the brass used to make these caps is lead-free, so it might be wise to keep these caps away from potable fluids.For less than $10, this is a good deal to get 6 nicely-made brass end caps.
