Saabs are notorious for their window regulators, and every Saab nerd I know keeps a handful of these in the glovebox. The fault is not the rollers, but the window regulator itself. How do I know this? I own a Saab 9-5 and several Volvos that use this exact same part! The Volvos never have window regulator issues, but the Saabs always do, because the rollers that are inevitably damaged by the regulator. (good one, GM!) With a couple basic tools and 15 minutes, my Saab's window will be back on track and ready for a few more years of service.
