For times when you just need that certain size as anything longer or shorter won't work, it's great to have a variety of colors on hand. These have a much more polished and "finished" look to them than a typical hex head bolt. I like to keep my fasteners all organized in small parts organizer cases (I recommend the modular well known red brand that lets cases easily snap together). These machine screws are a nice addition and I have already used a couple of them on some aluminum extrusion applications with a drop in nut in the extrusion slot. Keep some on hand as it's always annoying to not have the quantity or size that you need.

I've been replacing the rusty old screws on my CNC router with these black stainless steel screws. I really like these low profile screws! they have a larger head diameter but thinner profile than socket button heads, and I really like the look of them. The larger head is better for things like holding plastic parts on because the larger diameter doesn't dig into the plastic as easily, and the lower profile is really nice as well. These screws come in a nice plastic box and include an Allen wrench, which is what I used to replace some bolts, and it worked fine to remove the old screws and to install these new ones. I'm not sure how they get the stainless steel to be black, but it is really sharp! I don't think they are just painted, the black did not come off from using the Allen wrench. Even if the black coating comes off over time, at least the screws are stainless steel, so they won't be rusting due to humidity.Overall, I am really happy with these screws, and they are working well for me!

I used a few of the flat head hex socket screws to secure a wire mesh sheet to the bottom of the garage door and it work perfectly. The screws are well made and I did not notice any issues with the threads - good value.

Fasteners were packaged in tough plastic case with their own hex wrench for assembly.Fasteners were used to replace missing fasteners in several metal stools at church putting back in service.

Well made hardware will complement project.A lot of packaging for 20 bolts. Wrapped plastic box. Ordered several boxes. Wish I could have ordered larger quantity with discount.

I am not sure whether to call these bolts or screws, but since the description lists them as screws, we will go with that. I needed these screws for a project I have been working on in my garage. I built a mobile cart for my wood working lathe and it required 5/16 x 18 threaded screws to attach it to the tabletop. I used two laminated 3/4" plywood sheets to give it plenty of strength and so these 2" screws will thread into the lathe body from underneath. I did not want to cut my 4" 5/16 bolts down for this job as I can never get those threads clean after a cut and I did not want to potentially damage the threads as they are in the main body of the lathe.I received these yesterday and immediately used them to hold my lathe in place. They are very well machined with a smooth black coating. I was able to hand tighten them up until the last 1/4" or so and that is exactly what I was looking for. The threads are cut very precisely and cleanly all the way up the screw. The low-profile button head cap seated right up close to the plywood and is holding down the lathe exactly the way it should.These screws arrived in a plastic case for storage (mine was cracked and broken) and an Allen wrench or hex key to tighten them.I have not heard of this company before, but I would have no problem ordering fasteners from them in the future. I think they make a very nice product, and I can definitely recommend them.....
