When my Pentair IntelliTouch i5+3 started flashing ‘NO FLOW’ errors (again!), I found corroded traces near the surge board’s salt cell port (OG #521593). Pentair wanted $550 + $200 service call. Grabbed this 521218 as a Hail Mary.Screw holes aligned perfectly with my 2018 enclosure.Chlorine output stabilized at 3.1ppm (was swinging 1.5-5.0! Zero error codes after 120 cycles.Three anti-corrosion coats feel like green armor. Survived my kid’s cannonball splash test!
