We ordered the first one, and absolutely loved the product, and excellent quality. It is sturdy and will be used for trade shows and indoor office displays/presentations. We just got the YCKJNB 65-Inch Digital Signage 4K Touchscreen Kiosk set up in our university library, and it’s been amazing! Right out of the box, it was super easy to set up, and within minutes, we had videos and photos up and running. The split-screen feature is such a win—we can show different updates and announcements all at once, which makes it perfect for a busy library where people need quick info.The 4K screen is bright and crystal clear, even with all the natural light we have coming in. The touchscreen is responsive. Also, the slim, modern design also adds a nice touch to the space.The Android OS makes everything so simple to manage, and with WiFi, HDMI, and USB options, updating our content is a breeze. We also love the timer feature for automatic on/off—it’s perfect for our library hours. Plus, the customer service has been excellent, answering any questions right away.All in all, this kiosk has been a fantastic addition to our library, and we’re already thinking about adding another one elsewhere in our library. If you’re in an academic setting and need a sleek, easy way to share info, I highly recommend this!

Managing a high-traffic area with a diverse community and multiple stakeholders requires a reliable and efficient solution to communicate essential information in real-time. After some research, I ordered this product, and overall, the experience has been outstanding!Delivery was prompt, arriving even sooner than expected—perfect timing for a high-priority purchase. There was a minor manufacturing defect upon arrival, which could have been disappointing. However, their customer support team was exceptional, responding quickly and offering multiple solutions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction made this one of the smoothest support experiences I've had; I'd give their support five stars if rated separately.As for the product, it performs excellently with consistent daily use. It allows remote content updates through an online CMS platform, essential for a high-traffic area like ours. Although I initially had concerns about the lack of security certification on the web interface, the support team assured me that this enhancement is on their development roadmap. Their transparency and proactive response give me confidence in the product's continued improvement.Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to order this product again. The product’s functionality is impressive, but it's the exceptional customer support that truly sets this company apart.

I ordered this kiosk for public-facing, interactive demos at conventions and was able to easily assemble and set it up within minutes.The kiosk’s Android interface is akin to your typical Android smartphone and the included remote can help you navigate (should the Android touchscreen navigation not be to your liking).The screen itself has a great view angle range and the included speakers do their job adequately (you’re not going to get home-theatre sound quality but these speakers can be loud enough to be heard in public settings).I was having some issues trying to find specific drivers for the kiosk’s monitor on my Windows 10-based PC that I had hooked up to it via the HDMI port (for more horsepower than the included hardware) and sent an email to the vendor to request information.Within minutes, I received an email and was given the answers I needed to get the touchscreen functionality up and running for my PC (TIP: You’ll need to plug one of the USB cables from the internal compartment into you PC).I was able to get the PC to function perfectly with the kiosk and its touchscreen quickly after that.If you are seeking a touchscreen presentation kiosk with excellent viewing angles and rapid support, I highly recommend this product and vendor.
