I used the heat shrink tubing to repair several areas of worn wiring on my 1956 Dodge project. The product easily shrinks perfectly with a heat gun and the size assortment allowed me to repair several different gauge wires!

The box that these came in is probably two or three times larger than I expected. This will last me a long time. Have had no issues with them shirking with the head gun. Overall, a good deal and nice to have around the shop.

So I am new to this type of product, so take it with a grain of salt- but these are incredibly thin. Nothing compared to the thickness of the tubing on butt splice connectors with the heat shrink ends. But, it shrinks instantaneously with minimal heat, and I'm sure it will hold up under low-duty regular applications. Although it feels flimsy and not durable, you get a LOT of it and a lot of varying sizes, so if you need quantity and variety there is that. I got it for the price and I will likely not use 99%+ of this.

These really work well. They shrink extremely fast. The plastic case is very very cheaply made but the product itself is awesome. I can always switch to a 6 divider case. Not sure if I would ever use the skinniest ones but the larger ones are very handy. Highly recommended. Excellent price with a lot to use.

There are 12 different sizes of heat shrink tubing in this box. It is very helpful for me to choose a best fit for my project. Nice stuff! Shipping was also really quick.

I bought these for small electrical projects around the house and also to repair some USB and charging cables that were poorly insulated and trying to come apart at stress points which is an all too common phenomenon now. I've used them to insulate spliced cables, to insulate around wire nuts/crimped butt connectors and to fix cables and they have worked great for all of those purposes. Thought I might need a heat gun but a standard blow dryer for your hair will work if you let it get hot enough and keep it pretty close to the tubing, only takes a couple minutes. They do exactly what they should and they feel pretty sturdy after heating, also there's a huge variety of sizes.You can add adhesive if you like to get them to stick where they're needed but if you have the right size they should stay put without it. I definitely like these way better than messing around with electrical tape when it comes to insulating splices, much easier to use.Overall if you've got electrical projects around the house or cables that are coming apart, I'd definitely recommend these.
