We decided to upgrade. My house is 90 years old and heated with wood then gas. Ive never been comfortable with gas in the house. I needed to cap off the gas line. Because this is a very old gas line, I wasn't sure what size or sizes I needed. This was exactly what I needed. They got my order out in a timely manner and I had in within a couple of days. The kit turned out to be very helpful. Our local hardware store didn't carry a kit.

I ordered this set although I only needed one of the pieces; I'll keep the others for future projects.The plugs seem to be very nicely tooled. I cannot see any defects in any of them -- the threading is good, and the head doesn't get damaged when cronking the plug down with a wrench. They feel nice and solid; no skimping on the material.It's hard to say a lot about this sort of uncomplicated product -- either it works or it doesn't, and these definitely work.

There is only one of each size but there is a good variety to handle almost anything you need to plug.
