Very sturdy lid, sometimes maybe a little too sturdy but I use it for my breastmilk and seeing as it needs to be air tight! It definitely does the job

Glass is great so will not grow things like the plastic ones do. Handle a little flimsy for the weight of the jug. Seals great and works well.

I have not put hot liquid directly in this. I can say however it fits perfectly in my fridge door and holds my tea perfectly. Looking nice while doing so.

The plastic lid might be a weak point, but there are stainless steel replacements available.

I’ve been using this for over a month for pooling breast milk and have had no issues. I also clean the pitcher in my sterilizer and no issues.
