The high-hardness build feels durable, and they haven’t dulled after multiple projects. The range of sizes (3–12mm) covers most needs, making this set a versatile addition to my toolbox.

Titanium coatings on drill bits wear off, but it's helpful until then with minimizing friction and heat. The product description doesn't indicate what the steel is though, other than "High-hard alloy". That isn't very helpful, and can mean almost anything, because steel is always an alloy of something. The fact that it's not identified leads me to believe that it's general purpose high speed steel, otherwise, I think they'd call it out. These have a hex shank so they're not going to slip. The tip is serrated, and so it's good for grabbing onto material and removing it.They indicate these bits are good for practically any material you could name. However, for materials like wood and plastic, you want a sharp tip, not one like this, and as expected, this didn't make a clean hole. For ceramics, marble, glass and the sort, you want to use diamond bits and I didn't try this on those. So that leaves you with stone on their list of materials it's appropriate for. It resembles bits you use for concrete and brick, though those usually have tungsten carbide tips. This does a good job making holes in those materials, but I wonder about longevity because it doesn't indicate what steel it is. I'm at a loss of what to make of these, but will continue to use them on materials like concrete, cinder block, brick, stone and such where so far, it cuts through them well.
