I have not had the issue with the bases not being routed out properly that others have had. All three stand up properly in their bases. The signs themselves are quite thin & feel a bit flimsy, though none have cracked yet. Still, I’m being super careful with them to keep them whole.

This little chalkboard is a huge asset to have in common areas, or anywhere you want someone to see a message (I’ll be using one for the merch table I’m running at a show later this month). The included paint pen is very vibrant as you can see and once it gets going it REALLY gets going. It’s bright and vibrant and doesn’t skip at all. The only complaint I have about this product is the same that the other reviews have in that the stand is more or less just to prop the thing up. If you take the board in between your finger and thumb very lightly and lift it it comes right out of the stand. I wish there was a little more friction as I am worried a stiff breeze will knock it over when I use it later this month for the merch table. But other than that it’s a fantastic chalkboard, a good size, and comes in a two-pack so you can use one for the common areas and the other for wherever else you might need it.

Got these for a fun get together with neighbors -- they worked so well and are so easy to clean up and re-use, that they are now permanent fixtures on our patio bar. Happy to recommend!

2 double sided chalkboards with base. It comes with a white maker and board is also compatible with tohr similar markers. the chalkboard stays up well and does not fall as long as the wooden base is being used. definitely recommend for all types of signs.
