I started fostering cats, I knew I needed:1. something that I could monitor the water level and not just be surprised when the fountain was empty2. Something with a large capacity so I wouldn’t have to refill it every other dayThis water fountain checked all the boxes, I like that the light isn’t overwhelming, but if the water gets low, it turns red. I would say I’m pretty sensitive to late and this is dumb enough to have in a bedroom while you sleep, and the fountain sound is really soothing- so that’s a plus!It came with a brush for cleaning the small internal parts and extra filter and thorough instructions on when to clean and troubleshooting. Much more than I’ve received with other fountains in the past

This is our second dog fountain. This one checked all the boxes I was looking for.The metal is sturdy and looks noiceThe top locks in place and fits securelyThe pump is quiet and operates smoothlyThe window allows me to see the water level. If it gets too low the window glows red.Dogs love it, easy to assemble and great price. We are happy

I have 3 cats and I am constantly looking for ways to automate the daily parts of pet ownership (like water, food, and litter) so I can spend more time cuddling and playing with them. This was a GREAT investment! Easy to put together and get set up, it’s super quiet, water flows easily and the cats all love it. They immediately switched from their water bowls to this fountain. I also love that it has filters so if they get any yucks in the water from their cute little whiskers, they aren’t sharing that and drinking it later. The water is fresh and clean for them!!

We have 5 animals in our home and thought that a large water fountain like this would be beneficial. The product is easy to use and as long as the reservoir is more than half full, is quiet. Once the water level drops below half, the metal body resonates with the falling water, so placement in one’s home becomes important.Our biggest complaint is about the Window model. The window consists of two plastic parts and a gasket, which are held in place by screws from the outside that are covered by a beauty ring. The interior plastic is easily penetrated by assembly which results in the screws rusting, which will contaminate the water and lead to product failure. The company provided us with a replacement once we told them about the rusting screws, advising us that they had an earlier production version that used different screws. The issue isn’t the screws, it’s that the interior plastic doesn’t offer enough excess material to prevent the screws from completely penetrating it and that results in exposing them to the water.I feel that the windowless model would not have this issue. They should either redesign that interior plastic piece for the window or discontinue production of it entirely.

This water fountain is awesome for keeping your pets hydrated. My dog and cat both love it! The 2-gallon size means you don’t have to refill it all the time, which is super convenient for me and means my pets constantly get fresh, filtered water. The stainless steel design is sturdy, easy to clean, and keeps the water fresh. The pump is super quiet—it circulates the water, so it stays clean and my pets have been drinking more ever since I bought this. I used to have puddles whenever my dog drank, but the anti-splash design on this fountain helps keep my floors dry. It’s practical, looks super nice, and my pets love it. Highly recommend it is definitely a great buy for any pet owner!

This is a nice freshwater dog a bowl, but the water bowl on the top of the stainless steel unit does not stay in place high price for cheaply made.
