I bought this and returned it before even opening it due to the fact that I felt a little misled. Just hear me out a moment. This is not a genuine build that is sold by Acer. The laptop has been upgraded by a third party company and as such, I did not want to deal with it (I was just coming off another back experience with a 3rd party company, NOT this company). Obviously this was something I would buy and it was a great deal, I just didn't want the headache of not having a genuine untampered with machine.The company was amazing to work with and offered me a return mailing label. I can imagine that they would provide great warranty support to someone who IS their customer if they were that quick to respond to someone who didn't want to be their customer. Take that for what you will. If you are okay with this machine being opened for upgrade only, then I think it is a good deal. It just wasn't the one for me.

After receiving my computer, I had a few minor issues. The tech team was very helpful. They answered all my questions and resolved my issues promptly.. I appreciate the quality of service I received from this company.

I got this for work to run software like Photoshop, Steam, and Unity. It's fast, feels sturdy, comes with a neat soft case, and has cool keyboard backlights.

It handles anything I do work or fun. It is as described by the seller. It does have a minor start up noise that takes time to get used to but the good definitely outweighs this issue.
