The product overall is good quality and I love that weights can be removed/added. It isn’t a great fit if you’re a small person, so it’s not good for jogging, because it bounces around, but it’s fine for walking.

Perfect. I purchased because of the front zipper. I have a different one that has to go over your head and it's very difficult. So I found this one and love it. It has adjustability and it just works perfect and comfortable.

This is a good vest. It allows one to vary the weight amount you wish from 8 to 20 lbs. Fit’s well. Velcro straps allow adjusted fit.

The product is great.The zipper is reversed, pull is on the left side, minor, BUT its not a good quality. Its hard to get the end inserted and the zipper's action is not smooth.After the third use I realized that I could ignore the zipper as the velcro straps keep the vest snug and secure.Once I realized that I re-gave it the 5th star.

When you wear this vest, you feel like you ran a marathon. It helps increase the workout intensity but it a manageable way. When fully weighted, it helps to be seated to put on. I thought I’d swing it on like any other jacket and my shoulder disagreed. Love it.

I am 5'3" tall & weigh 110lbs. My shoulders are wider than the rest of my body so I found it difficult to adjust the vest to make it fit so that it wouldn't move on my body as I walked. There is nothing wrong with the vest itself, just my ability to find it comfortable for my body type. Perhaps my shoulders are disproportionate for my size so please don't discount this as I actually like the fact you can start small and add additional weight as you get stronger. I am ordering another brand recommended by Chalene Johnson.

I really like the flexibility of this vest. It is highly adjustable so you can wear it under or over a jacket. Also you can add or remove weight which is great depending on whether you are nursing an injury or not! Rucking is so good for your bones, muscles, and heart. Wear this while going up and down a long staircase in your neighbourhood for an awesome workout. Also good to wear when going for a walk with a friend or alone.

Having read the reviews on the cheaper versions I opted for this, more expensive, weighted vest. Not disappointed! Fits well even on a smaller frame (I’m 49kg, 5ft 3). Love the zip rather than having to put on over my head! Adjustable weight bags easy to add & remove. Would definitely recommend

Being a 6'4", my first priority is always fit--"will this fit me?" I am pleased that this vest is very adjustable, as the shoulder straps and bottom wrap-around Velcro strap have a great deal of flexibility in sizing.This is my first weighted vest. When the vest arrived, I immediately hiked two miles in our hilly neighborhood with ten pounds of weight (5 bags) onboard. The vest felt pretty good and will likely "break-in" after more use.I was impressed at the quality packaging used to ship the vest. The inner box was very strong and designed to hold weight, while the outer box (custom fit) added to the package's integrity. The package arrived in perfect condition which always tells me something about the company making the product inside.Pros:-I like the way that one can customize the weights by adding 2 lbs. at a time. Just try to keep your load balanced front & rear.-The zipper, which a couple of reviewers complained about, seems adequate, while not great. The good thing is that even if the zipper becomes inoperable, one can still rely on the Velcro strap to secure the vest across the front.-Although I am not there yet, I like the fact that this vest can be washed.Cons: I was disappointed that the shoulders straps don't contain more padding. I am a bit thin with bony shoulders, so I just placed a foam rubber pad under each shoulder strap to start with.I think this vest is an excellent choice for those trying a weighted vest for the first time. You can begin with minimal weight and slowly build from there, the materials and construction seem to better than average, and the sizing is very flexible.
