The picture shows a mic and a cord in the case. No. My cord doesn't fit in the case. But it will protect your mic. I do like it for that.

Very well made protective case for an oddly shaped desktop mic and stand. Before I found this case, I had to use the box it came in to store it or throw it in a bigger bag, which was not ideal. The fit of this small case is nice and snug and there is room for the small cables it came with. Highly recommended for the Shure Mv5.
