Felt nice to wear and love that they are convertible. The material is cheap though and ripped on first wear. Also on first wash the zipper fell off, now they can only be worn as ripped shorts.

I bought these for a backpacking trip. The material held up great, but after the second tome washing both cargo pocket zippers came off. The left side pocket also started to rip. Of 4 pockets I could only use one. Only used the pockets for small things, but made it inconvenient for backpacking

The material is lightweight and the seams are good quality. Unfortunately the cargo pockets are oddly placed in the front such that they are useless. I can't put anything (wallet, car key, wireless headset case etc) in each pocket while taking a walk. The pockets with any objects inside (except paper) act as pendulum, constantly bounce back and forth and hitting my thigh or knee. The problem will be minimal or solved if pockets are placed on the side instead. As for the fit, I follow the size chart it fits just about right. The inseam is a bit tight though. I wish that it has a bit more room or is a bit looser.
