The wiper arrived when Amazon said it would and it fit my 2008 Town and Country Rear window wiper arm post. The old arm stem was a little tricky to remove however you can search you tube for methods to remove the old or original wiper arm seat. The original one broke off from fatigue in the car wash in December 2023This one has performed well in the month or so that I have had it and twice been through the car wash without issue now February 2024

I bought this trusting the sellers description but the arm doesn't fit my 2012 Grand Caravan! I informed the seller and he says it's my fault that I bought this (that is all plastic) if the original was metal and he is aware that there are two 2012 Grand Caravan models (I don't know for the other years)! Obviously you cannot trust this seller product title or description. I asked him to mention in the description that it doesn't fit ALL 2008-2015 models but... nothing! The arm's curvature is to small so the wiper blade is not touching the window!!! (some 2012 Grand Caravan models)

Like a previous review said. This product fits the 2009 Volkswagen Routan. Used it on my van and the most difficult is removing the old wiper arm. The bolt was easy on mine but the waiter arm was stuck. Went to a local Advance Auto Parts store and bought a wiper arm removal tool and took off the old one in 10 seconds, installed this new one in less than 5 minutes. I just installed so let’s see about the durability on this!Edit: Wiper blade fell off today! I mean it lasted a year so… take that however you want to

I ordered this for my 2008 Chrysler Town and County van because it was supposed to fit. It’s not even close. The curvature of the wiper arm does not match the original (see photo) and the wiper blade is shorter. This is most likely why other reviewers said it does not fully touch the window. It is also made of thinner plastic and the spring that holds it against the window is significantly weaker than the original. Strongly advise against buying this as it does not fit.Update: My original factory wiper arm was broke at the part that mounts to the wiper motor shaft which is why ordered the new one. I decided not to return the new one but instead I robbed the good motor mount part from the new wiper arm and installed it on my original one and threw the rest of the new wiper arm in the trash. Problem solved. I now have a working original wiper arm.

The manufacturer put the small plastic arm cover loose in a bag with the arm, so it's no surprise it came broken. The shipping took longer than I expected and I really needed this part so returning it was very inconvenient. Looking through the extremely tiny instruction pamphlet for a parts replacement section, I found a FAQ section that was translated poorly. It did, however, make it perfectly clear that if the item arrived broken that it would be 100% Amazon's fault and their responsibility to replace the item. I found this quite aggravating because they put this small plastic piece in a bag with a metal arm, then inside another bag, then in a box with the wiper blade in its own bag with no padding or means to hold anything in place inside the box. Amazon took this box and put it in a large 30x8x6 inch box with plenty of packing so it's clear to me that the product was not moving very much inside the shipping box, but that arm and wiper blade were shifting inside the product box enough to break this piece. It may just be a small plastic piece that you may think doesn't matter much but it's meant to keep dirt out. It's important enough to include it with the arm, so they could take a couple minutes to figure out how to protect it. Tape to the inside, then tape a piece of cardboard over it. It wouldn't hold against everything but at least it would look like they tried. Smh.To see what my return options were, I started the process on Amazon. There was no option to replace, only return. However, when I selected return and looked at the return reasons, there were only two options. I could either choose to say I ordered the wrong part or I didn't need it anymore. That's it. Nothing allowing me to say that it came broken.Hopefully, I can find another cover that will work with this arm without having to wait two more weeks to get a replacement. It's pretty lame that I have to buy another cover but I'd rather just be done with it and know not to buy from this manufacturer anymore.

I’m glad I read some of the other reviews on here because I didn’t think this was going to work out for us (see second picture) because the piece wasn’t long enough to attach the arm holder. I saw other reviews that stated the same. However, upon reading more, I realized I needed to take off another piece, a silver one, which was rusted on really bad but I was finally able to get it off. The hardest part about the install is hands down taking off all the old pieces. One I got that off, the install was a breeze. I had dropped the new parts at one point and a spring had fallen off. Once that was attached properly again, the whole wiper worked perfectly.

received the wiper and had it installed in about 10 mins. The wiper had cracked and the brass collar was stuck on the shaft of the wiper. The collar was removed with a dremel and the shaft was cleaned up. Upon arrival of new wiper, it fit over the shaft as expected, and the nut was able to be tightened without issue. Works as expected and wiper blade worked well also. no complaints from this customer.

I thought I had to buy and replace the wiper spring to pull the arm back to the rear window. This was an exact replacement for my 2014 Town & Country, same cap and all, and works perfectly. A lot less work than I thought it would be playing around with the spring and for less money. The only thing you need to be prepared to buy is a wiper arm puller. They make a simple one but it has bad reviews due to bending or the plastic knob breaking. Advanced Auto (and I'm sure others) sells a perfect tool for the job. It's a tie rod end puller (part number W83025). It's rugged enough and there is no plastic knob to crack. It's about $15.
