I have a window with almost no sill that our new cat decided was the ONE window he absolutely has to sit in, and would constantly try to scrabble up there and I would find him hanging onto the mullions (it's an old divided light window that is about 150 years old). When I saw this I figured it just might do the trick, and does it ever! I was amazed at the quality of the item for such a reasonable price. It's has a nice solid wood base, well sanded and finished with a smooth surface and no splinters or rough edges. The whole thing goes together very easily and has clear instructions that come with it. All of the parts are well made, no flimsy plastic junk. And the hammock is good quality as well. The velcro on that is heavy duty and holds firmly as long as you ensure you have pressed it together completely when you secure it to the rods. The ability to adjust it and the manner in which it is designed means it will work on just about any window, too. And the cat loves it!

This was super easy to put together and fits perfectly in my window. The design is great because it works well with any standard window, without causing damage.The reason for the one star deduction is because I’m really afraid it won’t hold my cat’s weight since it’s a piece of fabric velcroed with tension. I thought it had a sturdy bottom to it. My fault, I guess, since it does say hammock.I will come back & update after I’ve had this for some time re: the durability and keeping my cats from falling through it.Until then, here’s to happy bird watching from my 2 felines.

This is a really nice design. It fits easily into any window and does not need any tools or attachments. It is very sturdy for my “fluffy” cat and holds her weight perfectly. This was a great value and it looks great in any room I have.

I have bought two of these already and my cats absolutely love it. They are sturdy and easy to put together. You just hang it from the window and you’re good to go. Your windows still opens and shuts like normal and there are no marks or damage done to the wall. you could put them in any window and they are easy to take on and off and The padding is washable They work for Kittens and adult size cats to comfortably spread out and sleep. Padding is pretty thick and secure to give kitty the support they need My cats sleep play, and jump in and out of it all day long. Only downside I’ve had is I really wish they would make it so you could buy the padding separately because everybody wants to play with the kitties when they’re in it and the cats attack you through the padding and Their claws start to tear it up and I really don’t want to have to buy a whole new one just for the padding. Otherwise, I think it’s absolutely great

I purchased this product last autumn (September) and it was sturdy at that time.I waited to see until how long this sturdiness lasts.Now, it is the following spring (June) and it is quite loose and I need to change it.I came back to my order and checked when I purchased this product, and it turned out this product's sturdiness does not last for a year! Seriously for a £40-50 product? I don't feel it's worth.For repetitive buys, I expect £15-20 for this kind of product and I accept to buy every year.

I am very happy with this purchase, very nice hammock , my cat is very happy.I have 2 hammocks in the house, one with strings and one with suction, with this one I can close the blinds, with the other ones I cannot do that.The only downside is that you need to use a window that you don't open very often.

This is the best money I've spent so far for my 17 pound 6 month old Basenji puppy! She loves to watch out of the front window and this perch makes it easier for her to do so, and saves our couch cushions in the process. This was super easy to set up and JUST fit my windows. It's very sturdy and in the week it's been up we haven't had any issues with it coming off or collapsing under her weight. The sling isn't very thick and our windowsill sticks out about halfway across it, but I folded up an old bath towel on top of it for her to lay on and she seems to like that a lot better. I may invest in a pad instead so it's a little less jenky looking but this works for now. I'm very happy with this purchase and may get another one for my side window!

Edit: Sadly it started to get wobbly after few weeks of use, trying to tied screws more didn't helped, my cat fell on the floor with it, scartmy and disappointing.I've got smaller one at first, for one of my cats, who is a notorious door jumper, what sometimes could end up badly, so for my cat's safty and my peace of mind I thought of that attached cat bed as a solution, as obviously cat's love high places and I wanted him to be safe and happy. Since day one, my both cats were trying to fit into smaller version so I found THIS, and both of my cats are crazy about these beds attached to the top of two doors, no regrets 😄🩶🖤🐾

Super easy to assemble and set up! My cat is 7kg and the bed seems to be holding up.I have more faith in this design that the suction one, also this way the he can sleep in the bed with blinds down and your privacy in tactMy cat NEVER gets into any bed I bought him for the past 9 years, but it only took him a week to be obsessed with this one! I’m impressed

This is fantastic! Cat loved it immediately and it’s very nice quality. Sturdy metal and wood frame, my cat is HEAVY and it holds him secure...no issues. The medium was very small, I did not take into account how much space the wooden sides actually took away from the laying space in the measurements. But you definitely want the xl, it’s the perfect size for cat comfort. I love how secure it fits to the window with out having to screw into the wall or sill. I originally planned to paint the wood white to match the window but it’s a very pretty natural wood color with grain so I’m going to leave it. The paw cutout detail is a nice touch and super cute. The Velcro is thick and supportive ...also the hammock sits above the sill so even when laying the cat doesn’t touch the edge of the sill underneath for max hammock comfort. The only thing is I think there should be a buy replacement fabric hammock option, “biscuit making” is pulling at the fuzz. I don’t think it will hold up to that long term. So I will probably have to make a cover to save it. Also it would be nice to have an extra hammock to trade out while washing one.I saw others with the adjustable knobs on the sides rather then the top of the wood supports and that would have been better. Cat try’s to hit them and knock them off 🤣 But it’s very easy to put together and install quickly. All the parts are good quality, for the affordable price point it doesn’t feel “cheap”.A side note I have double windows in the standard plastic variety but the metal hooks slide in easy with no damage, I did hook it in the center of them both so each window holds the weight of one side to distribute the weight more evenly with my cat being on the heavy side, I worried about one window supporting it all and cracking the plastic window edge it clips inside. No reflection on this product just that I’m not sure how well made the window is.
