Satpistoul APMT1604 inserts. These seem like very good inserts. My single gripe, and it's not worth a star, is that there is no information on the package label as there is on most inserts. In fact, there's no labal at all. Based on the Amazon description I think these are graded P,M, and K. We're on our own for feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.Running 1700rpm on a 1" endmill with a 0.050" depth of cut in 4140 produced a nice finish and blue chips. An interesting ote is that, unlike the inserts that were in this particular endmill, these spit the chips out in a very directed and narrow stream. You could just about catch them all in a coffee cup. Not important, but interesting.Finish was very good, on par with other APMT / APKT inserts that I've used.I haven't put a lot of use on these yet, but there are no signs of wear or chipping and when I've had problems with inserts they are normally apparent very quickly. These seem very good.

I've got several of the 90 degree facemills and end mills now. They have been a great addition to my shop. I'm really pleased with the finish I get out of these inserts, they are sharp and have a tight radius so they work for both facing and side milling operations. What great price!
