Arrived yesterday and tried it out today and it works great. We shredded cheese this morning and it worked great. Easy to put together and change the blades. My wife had no problem turning the handle. Very easy clean up. I highly recommend this product.

This thing is awesome. This is definitely an upgrade from my previous shredder.I had an older version of a shredder similar to this one, but it was harder to clean.I ordered this one because the inner parts come apart. Cleaning cheese off anything is always a pain cause it melts. These inserts are easier to clean because they come apart and you are essentially cleaning flat pieces.This product is a favorite of mine because my family eats a lot of cheese. Many years ago I stopped buying it already shredded and we almost always shred it ourselves. This product has made this task so much easier! It also has a bigger opening than my previous shredder.I usually buy 8oz bricks of cheese because they are always on sale at my local grocer. I can just stick the whole brick into the opening of this shredder and start shredding. There is no need to cut the cheese into smaller pieces for it to fit- if you are using 8oz bricks.I will also use this to grate vegetable for our dogâs food. Things like carrots, zucchini and sweet potatoes.When brought it home I grabbed some random veggies from the fridge to test it out. Thatâs what you see in the photos. All the different inserts have a little carry case for them too.This is way better than the old school flat metal shredders or even the box ones that we all grew up with. The only way this works is if itâs attached to the counter. We have granite so it adheres very well. Make sure you arenât trying to attach it over any kind of grout line. It will not adhere.If you use a cheese shredder/grater a lot, you will be happy with this product. It saves tons of time.

Judith here: I grabbed this because I am TIRED of hand shredding cheeses. LOL Wasn't sure how it would do. LOVE IT! EASY to assemble, easy to use, easy to switch out blade assemblies, too. Tabs look sturdy, so I am hoping it lasts a good long time. Reminds me of a bigger model my mom had back in teh 1970s.Was concerned the suction cup would not stick well to the counter - our counter is OLD and has a lot of imperfections from constant use. I have to say this baby stuck like super glue! Would NOT come off unless you flip the release. And I really put it to the test - used it to easily julienne a rutabaga for "hash browns" one morning, and easy clean up, too! It comes apart so much that no nook or cranny is left with gunk.Also shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese with it - SO fast!!! Today I am going to run some cabbage through it to make some sauerkraut ferment and also need to julienne some carrots for the freezer. I might even consider this as my favorite tool of the month for February 2025. Because I am looking forward to getting MORE vegetables to freeze and dehydrate and shredding or julienne them!GREAT new addition to the kitchen.

The blades are easy to change and the little carrier they sit in is nice. Grates cheese, carrots and other veggies nicely. The slicer blade is nice. Slices potatoes thinly and evenly for casserole or skillet dish. Nice that all parts separate and make it super easy clean-up.The only problem I found was that the suction was not quite strong enough. I had to attach it to the countertop several times as it would start slipping.All in all, a great little kitchen gadget. I would buy it again.

We have attachments to our powerful mixer which grate, but the hassle and inconvenience end up that we almost never use them. Part of the issue is the design and the labor involved in cleaning them.The other high rated grater we have ends up with bloody fingers, even if we use the included holder.I was looking for a while to get a grater which will do the job, and be a breeze to clean.This 5-in-1 grater surpasses my expectations. For the first time I found no hassle in changing the blades/patterns. You have a storage bin, taking a minimal footprint holding the eight pieces which make 4 different cuts, and one on the rotating cylinder. My method, slightly different that instructions is to place the hand inside and push the half from the bottom. To reinsert, place on the open part and push in the one close to the bottom. We hand wash all the pieces, including the handle and the body â press the button on the top and slide it out.We are still keeping our Julienne grater because it is even finer cut, but it will get used once a year for specialty prosperity salad. The 5-in-1 grater is being used several times a week. Highly recommended!!!
