Fun to use and nice to work with. Circular saw essential, I reckon. The slats will slice your hands up with very sharp little cuts that take ages to heal. There's annoying variation in the slat spacing so you have to plan out the best matches if you're stacking them vertically. These aren't great for soundproofing - there are much better products for that, but they do 'deaden' sound and kill echoes, so good for a room where you do video calls, streaming etc.

Super panneaux, mais mettre des gants car les lattes sont très coupante.

Purchased this product in walnut for my attic access. It transformed and otherwise boring 36x36 opening that was all white to a stunning upgraded look. Panels were well constructed, easy to cut with a circular saw and even easier to attach.

I bought them for a focal point wall because I wanted something that was removable cuz there was lots of plumbing and electrical behind it. They worked out tremendously!

very good material, and looks really good as it adds value to the room. just keep in mind that the alignment is not the best at all and that's the only reason i'm giving it 4 stars.

I purchased these wooden slats about a month ago, and while the quality and installation process are excellent, I have to warn others about the strong chemical smell. Even after a month of use, the smell persists and is heavy on the lungs.I’ve tried multiple solutions, including cleaning them with a vinegar-water mixture and keeping the room well-ventilated by leaving windows open, but nothing has worked. The odor is still overpowering and makes it difficult to spend time in the room comfortably. If it weren’t for the smell, this would be a five-star product. Unfortunately, the lingering odor is a dealbreaker for me and something potential buyers should seriously consider before purchasing.

These are amazing panels. Not super heavy so don’t need to worry about finding the wall studs to hang. Bought two 2-piece sets and hung on wall as headboard for king size bed. Looks really nice! Highly recommend wearing gloves when working with these as the edges are very sharp (my hands are sliced up)

I got these to put in a small office in my apartment and I love them. I ended up making my own pattern out of these by cutting some of the panels at 45° angle using a hand circular saw and also had to cut some outlet holes with a jig saw. It required a lot of measuring and planning, but the end result is fantastic. This is my background now for video conference calls and every time I talk to a new colleague they always comment on how nice my background is. Not only that, but the original reason I got these was because my room had a lot of echo and these are supposed to be acoustic panels first and foremost. They certainly do soak up sound and my room no longer echos. There are some drawbacks. For one, you definitely need some kind of saw to cut these. They are real wood on top of the acoustic board backing so they will require at least a hand saw, preferably a circular saw, and at best a table saw with miter jig if you want to cut at an angle. Second, they aren’t cheap. Compared to basic foam panels, these are quite a bit more. Finally, the wood is attached to the acoustic panel with what are essentially heavy duty staples. They’re completely fine if you aren’t cutting the panel, but if you are and any of the panel is cut so that it doesn’t have a staple attaching it to the backing, it will fall off. So make sure you have the appropriate glue to secure the panel to the backing if you plan on cutting these down.Other than that though, I’m very happy with these. Love the look and the sound absorption. If you want to make a statement in a room, you could do much worse than to put these on a wall.Update: Added image of my office wall.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I knew I needed to cut and te these to fit. I cut some to size using my table saw and an 80T blade, they cut like butter and no tear outs. Also, a pleasant surprise is the color is all the way through the wood slats. After cutting, I thought I would need to touch up the paint. Nope!! The cut edge as the same color as the factory edge!!

I looked at 20 or so of these panels on Amazon before ordering this one which seemed to have some of the better reviews. I got the black panels to use as an accent around our bar. It’s a high quality look. They certainly have got some weight to them which other panels I’ve used didn’t which tells me they’re using real wood for at least part of the construction. We ordered the 4’ size and they come two to a pack. I’d say they aren’t the cheapest way to go and I don’t think I’d do a whole wall as you can get into the thousands of dollars but for a small 10’ accent wall under our bar they worked really well. The material cuts fairly easily with a table saw or chop saw. I’d recommend it.
