+ fairly comfortable nose piece- blurry image- low quality audio- lackluster software- annoying touch interfaceI own several Asus laptops and accessories which have impressed me with their quality, so I had been following the release of these AR glasses with excitement. Unfortunately, their flaws render them basically unusable.Upon unboxing, the packaging is nice quality. I followed the directions to get the software set up, which wasn't the easiest to find on their website, but worked without issue. The issues started when I first put on the glasses. The image was extremely blurry, and the edges were cut off. I messed around with the software ipd adjustment to no avail. While I do have a slightly above average ipd, I haven't had issues using vr headsets. Experimenting, I found that I could get a clear image in one eye by moving the glasses far to the left/right, but in that position, my other eye would be near the edge of the screen resulting in a blurry and cut off image. Without physically modifying the screen spacing there would be no way I could use these. In the hour I was wearing these and hoping I could find a way to make them work, they were at least comfortable. They fit well and I liked the material and adjustability of the nose piece.I tried watching a movie to see if the image quality would be adequate for media consumption, but with the blur and cutoff image, I'd rather watch something on my phone.Comparing the perceived screen size to my computer monitor, it was roughly the same as sitting 2-3 feet away from a 27" screen.I was surprised how low quality the speakers were, especially considering the price. I've bought $10 earbuds that sound far better. The software was alright, but not the most intuitive to use. I got them shortly after release so it's possible it will get better with future updates. The touch interface on the glasses was annoying. The glasses often wouldn't recognize multiple taps/holds, and just register a single tap instead. I'd much rather have a few buttons to press for the main functionality.Overall I was very disappointed with these Asus AR glasses. I had high expectations for them given their high price and my great experiences with Asus products in the past. I opted to return them as the blurry image rendered them unusable.

The lenses are thick and curved, so it's almost like you have 2 different prescriptions on your face that are not made for you.Which caused my eyes to hurt really bad, on top of that, even with these curved lenses, the display still came out very blurry at the cornersThe speakers the glasses sound like a 1990s Nokia phoneExtremely disappointed, and this product usually asus has the great quality stuff, not sure what's going on. I was so surprised by the lack of quality of this product for the money I've spent. You can just get a pair of Xreal air 2 and it is way better quality with clarity with stero speakersfot half of the price. trust me when I say do not buy this product.

Maybe I was overestimating these but they are uncomfortable, tried every setting and could not get the text to not be blurry. I feel more nauseous wearing these than a VR headset. I think I am beginning to understand why these quietly dropped, as the user experience leaves more than a lot to be desired. Will be returning.
