Product works pretty good, but I think it will take time to get rid of all of my nerve pain in my neck. I have absolutely no pain for 20 minutes after using the product, but the pain slowly comes back after that which is to be expected. I would have gave it five stars but the velcro on this chin support will keep coming off if you don't get it on just right while you're pumping it up. I just wish I was able to sleep with it on, but it kind of pressed against your neck a little too tight, I don't know if that will affect blood flow to my brain or what LOL

If you're going to get one, get one with chin support. I consider this to be one of my best purchases ever. Received it yesterday night and it relieved my pain after a few uses.

Due to a car wreck I had to have my neck operated on many years ago. It has never stopped hurting since. I did have the over the door traction device but it got misplaced during my move. This one is so much more convenient and is actually more comfortable to use. After 5 minutes I feel better than I have in weeks.
