These things work well I don't know what I'd do without it. It's easy to store when you're done using it I've had no issues with it at all , the durability is great.

This product is worth every penny ! My only suggestion is get to the snow before it become hard packed because at that point it gets to be difficult.

Don't try to force it through crusty snow. Works good on fresh snow. Fun to use.

I've only had to use this once so far, a couple of years ago when we had an unusually heavy wet snow. Before I got this snow roof rake, I had to climb up on the roof with a snow shovel and shovel off the snow when it got a couple of feet deep. With this device, I could stand on the ground a get the snow off the roof, without climbing on it and endangering myself, or run the risk of damaging the shingle. It seems to be well made and should last for years.

Bought this product based on a Youtube video I viewed. Must confess I was skeptical but I was shocked that it worked as easily as shown. It has some limitations but I would very highly recommend it.

This worked Amazingly well, we have an ice dam build up on our roof and this was able to remove all the snow to stop any water from pooling till the gutters melted.

Works easily to remove snow, the length is great and the fiberglass poles feel surprisingly strong.I removed snow on 4 roofs, about 3-6inches deep. It took me about 10-15min for each roof. Amazingly fast compared to using a rake.I noticed tendency to bend higher up you push, especially if snow is hard.I have concerns this won’t work for compact or hard snow, and it seems to me that plastic will eventually break (although the Y connector seems strong). I will probably look into a system that has a cutting edge for snow also.The included plastic key to rewind the ‘slip-n-slide’ plastic real should be attached somehow, or have a slot to store it (but non exists) - it’s invaluable and once I lose it I’m gonna be upset. For now I store the plastic key inside the pole, it rattles around but at least it doesn’t get lost.Be careful, that snow slides off fast and if it’s big blocks it can take you out!

I’m extremely disappointed with this product. The fiberglass poles bowed significantly when I tried to use it. I’m surprised it didn’t break; it the bowing was so severe. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Works awesome! This product easily removed 12+ inches (Fargo ND) bent the bar that the tarp attaches to, but still works just fine.

Worked as intended. Definitely need to pay attention to the blocks flying down. It is a little difficult if you are on the shorter side but would recommend this product
