Set up was super easy. The drive has worked Fantastically well. Quick uploads and downloads. Size of drive was same as advertised. have not had any issue with using this drive. The value of the drive compared to the capacity is a no brainer. I would and have recommended these drives to friends.

Beeen using these for a while (yes I bought multiples), taking a chance on a brand I was not familiar with. So far I have zero complaints. Nothing has failed and they are very quiet. Will likely purchase more as my needs grow!

Opened package. Followed instructions and everything perfectly. Computer says the device malfunctioned and doesn’t recognize the drive even in drive management. Attempted all usb slots and same result. Pretty disappointing that spent 150 to just received a dead drive and waste my time

This drive holds so much data. I have set it up on my local network as network attached storage and it houses my Plex media files.I moved all this over and have only about a 1/4 of the drive full so far. I have had no issues with it at all. It is very quiet and the enclosure looks pretty nice. Everything works with no problems at all.I did do some benchmark tests for read/write, it wasn't the fastest compared to say an SSD (of course) but if you're looking to have a ton of data stored for a relatively low price this is a great option.

I bought this but didn't open it for a few months as I had to move my office. I transferred all of my files off of a laptop to check if they were on this hard drive. They were so I deleted all of the files off of my laptop. Used one week and unplugged it from my laptop to move my desk and when I plugged it back in none of the files were there. Tried numerous times to reach their tech support by phone but no answer. Finally got them to reply to an email asking for the Serial Number # but NEVER heard back from them. I had to take it to a local computer technician and he said all files were lost.... So so so sad. I will never buy another hard drive like this. Lost years of files

I plug it in once a week it takes around 20 hours to backup 8.5TB then I unplug it. Works great.
