Fun dancing ball, the music is louder on this ball than a similar one I purchased several years ago. At a young age (9-12 months) our grandson was put off by the loud music, we put some heavy tape over the speaker to soften the noise and he enjoyed playing with the jiggling ball.

This is probably my granddaughter’s favorite toy. The music and vibration only last for about 5 seconds before you have to move the toy again but my granddaughter had so much fun tossing it around the room. She is 14 months and loves it.

Kids are rough on stuff and this is supposed to be a ball. I never expected the spiked pieces to fall out. The kids still love it in its current broken state but the little pieces are hiking hazards that we pick up and dispose of immediately.

Enjoyed one of these as a kid, and wanted to get 1 for my son. This came in a cardboard box without any sorta plastic, and was quite dirty. Not exactly a great start having to scrub a brand new baby toy. Threw some batteries in, and that's when things got worse. First are the 2 settings. A "try me", and then an on. Quite frankly, I spent a good bit of time trying to figure out what the difference between the 2 were to the point that I turned to the manual to see what is said. Apparently 1 is for 5 seconds of run time, and the other is for 10. Even with that knowledge, there wasn't an apparent difference. The other problem being that this means there is no real "on" function. You have to hit the ball every few seconds to activate it or it shuts off. So no way to let it run away and have the baby crawl after it. Finally the biggest issue which is why we never use it is the volume. It's loud. And not like annoyed parent and every toy is loud. Like it should come with one of those "exposure for over 30 minutes can cause permanent hearing damage" disclaimers loud. For that reason alone, we don't ever bring it out for him to play with, and I can't recommend it to any parent unless you have a deaf child and need something with physical stimulation.

Great toy. Right out of the box after batteries it was a straight hit. Bought because I remembered a bumble ball I had as a child and bought this for 1 year old niece. It has 2 settings. 5 seconds shake with 1 song repeating and 10 seconds shake with alternating songs. I would give 5 stars if it had one setting as no sounds just shake

This item broke within 2 weeks of gentle use by our 10 month old. We thought perhaps the batteries just needed to be replaced due to its high energy requirements but that was not the case.

It’s a really cool toy! BUT it Worked for ABOUT 2 months..then just stopped working wouldn’t vibrate or the music didn’t work..it was handled gently as my baby can’t even pick it up yet for any sort of damage to be caused..VERY DISSATISFIED. Should have listened to the other reviews who also had this issue.
