This looks too thin and I'm afraid it will not be enough to keep the bee stings away.

I have a bad gnat problem in my garden and this hat protects my eyes. Great well made product and a good price also.

There's a lot to like about the hat & bee veil. The hat is mesh That offers protection but also allows for ventilation. The under arm straps work better than any other veil I've owned. One of the veils I've owned, from another supplier, had an issue with the hoop coming undone & popping through. It didn't happen until the return window had past. I decided to try this brand. The third time I used it, it came apart as well (see photo). I've decided to give this brand one more try. The replacement came today & I sent the other one back. I'll follow up later with any news.
