Stellar Sounds
This studio-in-a-box features Flanger, Chorus, Phaser, Delay, Tremolo and Pitch Shifter, all in mind-blowing 24-bit/40 kHz resolution that turns everyday riffs into 3-D epics from the outer limits.

  • Chorus: This effect slightly detunes the original signal. A very pleasant detune effect is created in connection with the pitch variation.
  • Flanger: Originally, the flanger effect was generated with two tape recorders running synchronously. The same audio signal was recorded on both machines. If you put a finger on the left spool of one of the machines, the spool and the playback speed are slowed down. The generated delay results in phase shifting of the signals.
  • Phaser: With the phaser, a second, phase-shifted signal is added to the original audio signal. The resulting sound is thicker and above all livelier.
  • Pitch Shifter: The pitch shifter slightly detunes the audio signal.
  • Tremolo: The tremolo effect is achieved by periodic modulation of the input signal level. This results in a continuous change from low to high level that lends a quivering, tremulous sound character.
  • Delay: A delay of the input signal with various repetitions.

    Simple Operation
Just select one of the six effects with the dedicated FX knob, and then use the two parameter dials to fine-tune the effect. The LEVEL control determines how much of the effect is mixed with the original signal.

    Dependable Operation
The bright LED tells you when the FX600 is activated, and the first-class on/off switch maintains incredible signal integrity in bypass mode. And you get flexible powering as well--power the DD400 with a 9 V battery or a DC power adapter (not included).

Wow. I'm getting a couple more of these! Pitch shifter is worth the price of admission alone. All the effects sound great, other multi effects pedals I've tried have a drop in volume when engaged. Not this! The FX knob doesn't click, not a complaint just an observation. I'm no beginner, been playing since 1985. This will be a part of my effects board, likely permanently. I'm getting at least one or two more, have them set to different effects and not have to reach and change settings. All sound great. Not just for beginners...amazing value! Behringer scores again!

I purchased this unit to have direct control over reverb and delay effects on an SM57 vocal microphone while onstage. This gives me the ability to click off the effects during banter between songs. I purchased a high to low impedance converter and tried it with a $10 analog delay, but the muddiness made it unusable. I bought this little box for $34 used-like new and I couldn't be happier. Crisp, clear sound in an easy to use box. It's made of ultra-hard PVC, so unless you take a hammer to it, it will hold up fine under typical road wear. As someone mentioned in another review here, the max delay time is relatively short compared to a rackmount unit, but I have one of those too, if I ever need a really long delay effect. This unit is perfect for what I needed it for.

Good sound quality, variety of effects in one pedal, it is easy to use. It is second hand but it is like new, at first it was a little hard to activate but I managed to adjust the spring inside and now it works perfectly.

A lot of these reviews only really speak for this pedal's usefulness with guitars, but I got it for my synths. I wanted to start a pedal collection for my more minimal/portable set-ups and decided to just grab the cheapest multi and see if it's any good. It's a $45 digital pedal. It sounds alright, very little room for tweaking effects, no reverb, and doesn't come with either a battery or power supply.Considering it's digital and not ancient and lo-fi, it has to contend with my slew of literally free software effects plugins like Calf, Dragonfly, Fogpad, Which is sorely loses to all of them as the same sounds are largely achievable and then some on the software effects plugins. I find it hard to justify the money spent on this over software effects or saving up for more unique individual effects that aren't as easily replicated on a computer like a tape delay or spring reverb. If you're really trying to cheap out on your effects section for your epic dawless jamming, this is fine, just know that it's definitely going to sound like a $45 Behringer pedal, as such, you should plan for that. I'm probably going to return this though.

Llegó en tiempo, pero nunca funcionó. Encendía por unos segundos y se apagaba. Es una lástima.

Wde variety of effects. They sound great especially on a clean channel. The chorus is great. The phazor is weak. Tremelo and flanger are nice as well. Great for the money!

The pros: It works. It has good effects, you have two knobs to control the intensity and frequency of the effect which is nice. The range however is in line for the price. You don't have too much range, but for $30 I'm happy. The cons: You have to have a 9V battery in the pedal regardless of having the DC power supply hooked up or not. It doesn't matter if the battery is dead or brand new, it just needs to be in there. When I tried to put the battery in, the foot pedal wouldn't go back into place. The guide and spring for the button are not easy to put back. I can fit my finger in there to press the button, but I would much rather have a push petal. Lastly, if you do get the DC power supply, it doesn't stick all the way in. It is a cause of concern for me, but I make sure to leave it away from anything that can catch fire.Overall, for the price, it's worth it. Just not the best craftsmanship.

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive when it came to purchasing this product, The price factor just seemed to be too good to be true. But I must say this little bugger does everything it says it's gonna do to a fairly high quality level. I am a career musician and my effects loop has been acting a little quirky lately, so I purchased this unit to go along with the few analog pedals that I use when I don't want to rely on a rack system. The flanger has SUCH an outstanding overall tone that I would have purchased the unit just for this effect. The chorus gets nice and syrupy at high levels while still retaining your overall tone. And I should say with ALL of the effects, the levels stay consistent no matter how much effect mix you are using. The Phaser works great, but is not very strong or defined. But for 29.00 ...... it's STILL worth the money. The delay as well sounds great. The delay does not have a very long time (I'm guessing 450 ms), but is more than adequate for most situations. The tremolo is very warm for a digital unit, and provides that great helicopter tremolo with EASE. The pitch shifter was really unique. It is not a smart harmonizer by any means, but it provided anywhere from an octave below to an octave higher with ANY semitone in between selectable!!! For $30!!! I must say this was a good buy. The effects are transparent and don't mask your tone. Behringer hits one out of the park again, and Amazon's support is as always immaculate. I am very satisfied.
