Arrived in 3 days, packed well and no damage to package. Easy to put together. One defective part. Issue resolved quickly and to my total satisfaction. Replacement part should arrive soon. Excellent customer service! The igniter doesn’t work all the time but we’ve never had a fire pit or grill that did. 🤷🏼♀️ Easily lit with a bic grill lighter. Still new…maybe we will get it figured out.

This firepit is very nice and functional. It heats. It's attractive. It has a nice wide space for food and drinks. However, one of the panels didn't fit correctly unless one screw was not installed. Putting the screw in made it so the door would not close correctly. I left the screw out, the door works, and the firepit seems sturdy enough. I guess unassembled purchases are always a bit of a risk.

I put the most important part in the title. This was actually easy to assemble! It took me less than 30 minutes—without husband support—using only the included allen wrench, and almost half that time was just unpacking (the packaging is excellent). It seems to be great quality, and it puts out more heat than any of our other (three) fire pits. The flame is on quite low in the picture. The starter even works, which seems to be rare for propane fire pits. One caveat: anything sitting on the table while the flame is on will get warm, even hot. Don’t put your cold beer and bowl of sweet potato fries on it.

We have only used it a couple of times, but so far so good. We had no problem getting it to start immediately, and my son, who put it together, said it was very easy. It doesn't put out much heat, but that isn't something we care about too much as we live in central TX, and it's warm to downright hot for much of the year. At this point, I consider it a nice place to gather with friends in the evening around our new fire pit area, even on our warm nights. The other thing I would mention is buying a cover that stays on. The cover with it has no cinch string on the bottom or any velcro straps, so it blew off in the wind the first night. I have since purchased a cover that will stay on regardless of the weather. If you are looking for a nice fire pit that is attractive and puts out a lovely flame, then this is a nice fire pit, but if you are looking for a fire pit to keep you warm during the winter months while sitting outside, then perhaps keep looking.

The quality is awesome, and black Friday sale $189 ($399), made it even better. It was easy to assemble and connect propane tank. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this for its look, which is 100% amazing but the top is small and the fire pit area is small enough not to push out too much heat.It’s a good / great product for the right sized patio.
