This adapter is compact and convenient for international travel. It fits well into the outlets in Brazil and South Africa, and it’s easy to use. However, I wish the build quality was a bit more robust, but it does the job efficiently.

These plugs were great for our last London trip. Don't forget to take them on the trains out of London as they can be used for charging your phone or tablet while you are using the wifi.

Bought these for a trip to Argentina and Chile. I did not have the necessary adaptors for those countries because my travels have always been Europe/British focused. These worked perfectly for plugging in computers and i-phones to charge. They are simply adaptors- not converters- and are good for that purpose.

These work great in several countries for a plug adapter to use American electric items abroad. I used it in Argentina, South Africa and Costa Rica.

Very easy to manipulate and use, especially if your trip spans across different countries with different plugs. Note that the UK plug doesn't have a ground prong, just a plastic piece that goes into the socket so if you need ground protection you may want to find another product. The way they fit the euro two prong (type c) is very helpful; it slides into a sheath in the body and is easily removed and inserted on the back when needed.

I got the "world adapter" version for a trip to France (EU plug) and the UK and it worked flawlessly in both countries. These adapters are very compact compared to other adapters I've seen, which makes them much more convenient to pack. One thing to be aware of is that this is a just a plug adapter and it does NOT convert the outlet voltage. As the product description says, you need to make sure the device you plug in is compatible with the outlet voltage (ie. be careful with high power things like hair dryers). I just used the adapter to charge phones and camera batteries and didn't have issues. However, you'll find reviews on travel adapters like these causing sparks and I suspect this is often because someone plugged a device in that couldn't handle the voltage in the outlet.

Just got home from Brazil & adapters worked exactly as advertised. In fact I gave a couple to people in my group who had brought adapters that did not work. Great product, very pleased with performance.

Reasonably compact considering they will work with plugs from all over the world.

Firstly, by my reckoning, the only additional adapters I (you?) would require are Switzerland, and South Africa (the latter sometimes used in India). The Swiss adapter I would have preferred (to say Israel or Brazil), since its mid-Europe locale and Swissair make it an easy overnight stop between America and Asia. Having been caught without a Swiss adapter, I'll say recharging a phone can be a bear in Switzerland -- the Shuko doesn't work there.Think carefully about the adapters which require special sockets: the Shuko, for example. While the FR adapter will make ground available to non-Shuko devices (meaning US 3-prong devices, among others) , the adapter itself is not a recessed socket: European devices plugged into any of these adapters can NOT be properly grounded. This is a design limitation common to all these style travel adapters. Be careful using European devices which require grounding with these adapters. Most small electrical devices won't be a problem since they don't normally have 3-prong plugs. There is no pouch or bag supplied with the universal set. They did come in a small cardboard box; also they plug neatly into each other to form a chain, or a few small chains which keeps them together in your luggage. Overall, I'd give it a nine out of ten.
