This little sensor does what it’s supposed to... works with ANT+, pairs easily, and gives accurate readings. The price is great, especially when on sale, but there are a couple of annoyances. First, it only supports one mode at a time (speed or cadence), meaning you’ll need two if you want both. Second, it runs on a replaceable battery instead of being rechargeable, which just adds more e-waste. That said, for a budget-friendly option, it’s still a solid buy for tracking your rides without breaking the bank.

Super easy to install and connect to my Garmin watch. I don't know how accurate it is for cadence (haven't used it for speed), but enough to get me in the ballpark. For the price and my level of training, I'm really happy with it!

I'm using the CYCLAMI Bike Speed/Cadence Sensor for cadence with a Garmin 1050 cycle computer. Pairing was easy. The mounting elastomer band was perfect for my crank arm. (There was another band that seemed just right for a wheel hub, but I didn't try it.) The device is small; it is narrower than my crank arm and thin. It just looks and works as it should. I love the external switch to change from speed to cadence with easily visible blinking status lights! There is no doubt or difficulty in setting it up. The switch button does have to be pressed fully in (more than just flush with the case) and I used a small plastic wire-tie tip to do the trick. But that means it practically cannot be pressed while in use. As others have noted, and as the packaging clearly indicates, one must first remove a plastic insulation film from under the battery that prevents the battery from discharging during shipment. I also paired it with my laptop for Zwift use, and that worked perfectly too.

Works wonderfully. It’s well built annd seems very durable. Unlike most reviewers I don’t have a computer so I had to pair it with an app on my iPhone. Ran into an issue there as the instructions state to download Navihood app with a QR code so I did and this device isn’t listed as one. It only lists computers. So I guess if you paired this to a computer then pair your computer to the Navihood app is what they’re suggesting in the instructions?? Idk don’t have a computer and wasted a few minutes downloading and creating accounts for Navihood. It does however list a bunch of apps in the middle of the instructions and once I tried one of those it paired flawlessly. One other issue is my battery was nearly dead. It only worded briefly once I activated it by pulling the plastic contact barrier. It’s a neat device that’s super easy to install so moving bikes won’t be an issue as I have a few.

A big fan of this product. Though I’ve only been using it for a few weeks it’s worked exactly as designed. I like that it uses the ANT+ technology so I can use it with both Rouvy and my Hammerhead head unit. It takes two minutes to install and using ANT+ connectivity, it uses far less battery than other similar systems. I like that it’s IPX6 waterproof in the case that I decide to use it off my trainer at one point. So far it seems well built and connects well to my Hammerhead head unit. I haven’t used it for speed yet, but it’s been very accurate as far as cadence is concerned. Highly recommend.

I purchased this for my wife and her new VivoActive 5. She uses this on her E-bikeThe unit is well made from a very solid plastic. The plastic design is strong enough for the mounting system and is not thin, weak or fragile in any way.The unit runs on an included button type battery which is accessible from the bottom cover of the sensor. Yes - you do have to remove it from the bike to change the battery. There is a dim blinking light on the front of the sensor which confirms the battery is working.The sensor comes with two black O-rings. 1 small and 1 large. The small O-ring is used to connect the sensor to the bikes Crank arm when used as a cadence sensor. The larger O-ring is used to connect the sensor to the front or rear hub when used as a speed sensor.There is a button on the top surface of the sensor to allow you to select SPEED or CADENCE. Very simple.The set also includes an easy-to-read manual. For me, syncing and pairing with the watch was easy and took just a few moments following the directions. On the watch you do have to go into the menus to find ADD Sensors. Turn on Auto Find. In the future the watch will automatically look for sensors for certain applications. In my case that was the Bicycling application. I would also suggest using the VivoActive 5 manual "Wireless sensore" and " Using an Optional Bike Speed or Cadence Sensor " .When you select the bicycling app on the watch you will see a Speed indicator window show up that was empty before. In my tests the speed indicated was nearly identical to the Speed indicated on my bike. My bike uses a Garmin sensor. So, the speed and distance are as we expected.We're very happy with the sensor. It works great, is well built, installs quickly and works well with the watch. The price is also very good. This sensor is definitely worth look if you have a Garmin watch that is compatible with a wireless bicycle Speed sensor. I would recommend it.

Like many other dual sensors this is speed and cadence rolled into one. I used it for speed as these sensors take a lot of space on crankarms and mine does not have that much clearance against the frame.My observations for using it as speed are as follows:Almost the same reporting as Wahoo speed sensor. The battery replacement is much easier than on Wahoo though. One really odd thing happened with it. My Garmin Edge 530 started showing "critical battery level" for the speed sensor on first ride itself! After that I went on two rides and the battery died completely. In total the battery lasted a usage of 90 miles which is shockingly low. I am blaming it on faulty or really cheap quality battery.I replaced the dead battery with Maxell (usual CR2032) and I will update this review in a few days. I really hope this little sensor is not a battery hog.
