Works as it shoud, only problem is its super quiet on the listners end of the phone even at full volume. Find i have to yell justto carry on a conversation.

I was quite surprised by how long the receiver worked on its first charge. The main issue I had with it was that the pause/play button, which also acts as the power button and a rotary volume dial is poorly conceptualized. There were several times when I would turn the wheel one click up and have it go down by several points. There were other times when it was inside my pocket and the volume would shut off completely. I would have overlooked that if it hadn't fallen out completely a few days ago. It was not soldered onto the board but inserted onto it. Earlier today it fell out for the fifth time and I did not see where it fell. This renders it useless. Now, let's see what other Amazon shoppers bought after looking at this item...

I've been using a wire to connect my phone to the car stereo for a long time now. I used to have a little radio transmitter, but it picked up power noise and was pretty scratchy, so I reverted back to a long wired headphone like connector. I decided to give the electronics a try again and found this reasonably priced Bluetooth receiver. It had most of a full charge when I got it and it easily paired up with my Bluetooth on my phone. The sound is very clear and the battery seems to last a long time. It turns itself off after a time when you disconnect and easily turns back on by holding down the dial like button with the phone symbol on it. I love not having a wire connected to my phone in the car and I can hear my podcasts and music so much better. Its a pretty simple device and seems pretty sturdy, the battery lasts for many hours. I'm enjoying being wire free again.
