Not one single slug was willing to go anywhere near this stuff, let alone cross it. I wrapped it around my raised garden beds, and it was literally like an invisible slug force field. Every slug turned around and went the other way immediately. It’s also very pretty!

Used on the buckets. Need to make sure it goes completely around the bucket! Wash bucket well and dry before applying. Place 2” inches from bottom. If dirt splashes on the tape slugs will climb over. So be sure mud is removed!

I initially bought this to cover the silver-colored strips of stainless steel on my stand mixer, so that it matches all the other coppers in my kitchen. It was mildly difficult to work with, and is similar to aluminum foil in the way that it bends and creases and holds its shape. Once it wrinkles, it's very difficult to smooth that wrinkle out compeltely.After covering all the stainless in my kitchen with it, I have plenty left over, and am planning to line my garden beds with it this spring to deter slugs. I'll update at the end of the season, if I remember. 🙃

The tape is flexible, the adhesive seems strong enough and it solders like a dream. The mixed widths in the package makes it extra easy to fit objects to be shielded. Very pleased.
