Excellent customer service. When I received my cabinet, it had been damaged by fedex dropping it on my door step, which left two corners chipped off. I contacted the seller and told them it would be impossible for me to repackage the cabinet and get it to fedex. The seller offered me a partial refund to get it fixed. I really liked the cabinet and wanted to keep it, so I accepted the offer. I replaced the legs and handles for my decor. Everything worked out and I’m happy with the cabinet.Pro: great customer service and nice looking cabinet.Con: it’s not the highest quality, it is laminated particle board, so know what you’re getting. The surface scratches very easily so you must handle the cabinet with care.I don’t regret my purchase, but I would have opted for a solid wood cabinet if I my budget could have afforded it.

This cabinet really surprised me! It’s fantastic quality, looks very high end, and has shelves on the inside which acts as the perfect storage space for seasonal kitchen decor and candles. OBSESSED! I love defrosting each season!

I received my item back in October but wasn’t able to open the package due to travel back and forth out of town for an ill parent. Finally, mid December I was able to open the box which had a hole in it. My bottom board has been cracked and the top of the console had several chips what a disappointment. I was looking forward to this item. I should have taken a picture of the beat up box.

The cabinets are a good value for the money. They are sturdy and look nice. Assembly is simple and I really like that the parts are identified by letters in their own bag. I did use my own cabinet hardware instead of what came with the product. I'm rating the product a 5 star based on the quality and responsiveness of their customer service department. I would rate their customer service a 10! Their customer service really is impressive, and they go the second mile to help you! I can't say enough about how good an experience it was. I tried to get the name of the customer service rep that I dealt with to personally thank her/him, but she/he would not give me their first name. Very humble person, thank you!

Looks like the image. Tall and fits bigger spaces. Nice quality. Possible to assemble with one person (2-3h) but would have been easier with two. Need two people to life the box. Good value for money. Very happy with purchase and quality. Would buy again.
