After realizing I only ever used one side of my box grater and it was a pain to clean, I swapped it out for this one. It works perfectly and is so much easier to clean. Totally happy with it.

Basic, well made. I was concerned that at the low price this might be flimsy but it is well made, handles feel solid. I have enjoyed how quickly I can shred a block of cheese. Easy to store, it takes up minimal room.

Just what i needed to compliment my smaller grater, easy to hang or store and clean, the four sided ones are hard to clean on the inside and take to much space, arrived quickly, good seller!!!!!!!!

There isn't a lot to say about a chesse grater that grates cheese...this item seems sturdy and grates cheese just as I expected. It's also super simple to clean because you aren't having to reach inside like on a box grater.No complaints at all - good price and does its job!

I've had so many cheese graters and nearly all of them have disappointed. Usually the amount of cheese you get per swipe is lacking and the durability is terrible. Not so with this one. This generates a large amount of nicely grated cheese in the shortest time of any manual grater I've ever used. It's also sturdy and easy to clean. Is it perfect? well, not quite as it does take more effort to slide the cheese over the grates so it would be nice if the grates were a tad sharper, but for the price and functionality otherwise, it's a fair trade-off. I suppose the grates not being razor sharp reduces the likelihood of injury so maybe it's not a bad thing and I'm happy to provide the extra strength for the results you get with this.

Just a good all around shredder. Sturdy, easy to hold and clean. Quick and sharp. Alot easier to use for a quick shred than figuring out, and later washing one of the awkward contraptions that do the same thing. Planning on buying a few more to stack and have on demand.

You live your life thinking everything is fine then one day when you’re washing the dishes you realize that you only use the same one side of the 4 sided box grater you’ve had forever - but you have to wash all four annoying sides. So you throw the box grater in the trash and begin shopping for a one sided grater. You choose this one because it has good reviews and is inexpensive. You make a point to keep your expectations low so as to avoid potential disappointment because it is so inexpensive. Two days later you hear a rumbling in the driveway and announce to the household that the new grater must have arrived. You go out and sure enough, there’s an Amazon shipping envelope in the mail box. You hurry back in, remove it from the packaging and show it to everyone in the household. It’s shiny and hefty. You then go to the sink and give it a wash. So far so good. Next you get a bowl and a block of Monterey Jack cheese. You grate 4 or 5 ounces of the cheese into the bowl in no time at all. Then you take the cheesy grater to the sink and wash it. You marvel how much faster and easier it is to wash than that old box grater. You use the perfectly grated Monterey Jack cheese to make quesadillas for the household. Everyone loves them and congratulates you on a job well done.
