This is very inexpensive elastic workout bands that can be easily adjust in strength by removing one or more bands. I wish each elastic band was thicker and stronger since they can be removed to make it weaker but can't be added to make it stronger and I feel like it's not very resistant as it is but can't really complain about it for its price. It also doesn't include any instructions on the types of exercise you can do using this, which have been a nice to have.** DISCLAIMER: I received this product for free through Vine program in exchange for my honest opinion, and that is what I have offered here. Rubber bands are not great. Low resistance when expanded within certain range then pretty hard to expand any more after and I worry I may break them. Not usable.
