These measure between 0.365" and 0.380" - not very precise. They also seem more like PET to me than acrylic plastic. I am able to "make do" with these for my project but I won't buy them again. I'll source acrylic from a known reliable source in the future

Hard to tell from the picture but these clear acrylic tubes came just as described. They're about 12 inches long about 1/4 inch wide and rigid. I couldn't get one to break or bend by hand either. I plan to use these to brace an aquarium top and a few other small projects I'm sure.

I find clear acrylic is a nice visual touch for prototyping. Tubing often needs to be shaped so I tried a simple 90° using a heat gun and a spring to hold the internal shape (recommend a silicone rod instead of a string for a smoother inside surface). The tubing formed well. A picture is attached. There seems to be a narrow temperature range between malleable and rigid which means that, once the shape has been achieved, it’s a short wait until the tube will hold the new shape on its own.The reason to use acrylic is quite often for an attractive visual appeal. The rods I received appear to have been packaged in a normal factory environment so there were traces of dirt and dust that could be seen inside. For most applications this is probably unimportant but if you need a sparkling final product, these might require a wash and maybe a quick polish. In summary, a good choice for clear rigid tubing that can be easily worked into various shapes as needed.
