I bought this to separate and mix so I can make things like cloud bread. This has been an amazing tool with the egg separator spoon. The mixer works great has help make what I was doing by hand a whole lot easier work. I would definitely recommend this to everyone especially if you have to separate egg yolk for egg whites.

I love this little thing. It is pretty cheaply made, but I think it'll last a while because there are only certain tasks to use it for, but I love using it.

The mixer works, but it is only two-speed. The power-on/off switch is set in the worst place possible, making it almost impossible to use the pistol-grip properly.

Two complaints: It rotates too fast, so if you are mixing something, it splatters all over the container you are mixing in. I wish it wold have a lower speed. Also, it starts out at the slow speed, so even if it didn't splatter, it certainly would when you turn it off, because it goes from slow to medium then to high speed. It should at least start fast and go to slow, then to off. For those reasons, it is not very useful for me.

Works as described. I bought it for mixing eggs and it works well.However, good luck finding a charger for the USB cord. Luckily I had one from something else that fit.This product should definitely come with the charger and that’s why I gave it only 4 stars.

Happily surprised! Lightweight yet did the job. I used for small batched whipped cream fur Fall and Winter drinks. Comes with 2 ends. It has 3 speeds and USB port to recharge. It seems to hold the charge well, too. It takes up small footprint in my drawer. Perfect for a quick job.
